WP5 Incubation:

• Four workshops will be held on ideation and acceleration of social business ideas (October 22, December 22, February 23, April 23). These may be offered virtually at a local level or with UK virtual support, depending on existing experience.
• Ideation workshops and pitching (October 22)
• Defining Ideas – Business Model Canvas (December 22)
• Defining customer/community (February 23) Scaling-up and Impact (April 23)
• Depending on their interest in incubating SI ideas and existing spaces in each of the Vietnamese institutions, four co-working spaces will be established (April 22 – November 22), offering physical and/or virtual spaces in which students, staff and alumni can develop their ideas into social enterprises. Where appropriate these will be located within the SISU as part of the KE offer. They will be monitored and evaluated (December 22 – December 23).
• Three international mentoring sessions will be offered to each Vietnamese incubation unit according to their needs (December 22, April 23, September 23). A virtual workshop will be held between UK and Vietnamese incubation spaces (April 23).
